To Start:

Spiced cream of parsnip soup- toasted pumpkin seeds, toasts

Caramelised onion & goats cheese tartlet – garden salad, balsamic glaze

Chicken liver, thyme & port pate –  farmhouse chutney, damson gin jelly, toasted brioche

Beetroot & vodka cured salmon – pickled winter salad, lemon gel, dill emulsion

 

Mains:

Roast Bridgnorth turkey crown – pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, rich gravy 

Bridgnorth braised beef brisket – horseradish & thyme dumpling, red wine jus, parsnip puree

 Roast fillet of hake – lemon, parsley & butter crust, white wine & wild mushroom velouté

 Nut roast wellington – pickled sultanas, truffle mash, spiced sweet potato puree

 

(All mains served with seasonal vegetables and roasted baby potatoes)

 

To Finish:

Sticky toffee pudding, butterscotch sauce, honey comb ice cream

 Vanilla panna cotta, spiced black cherry compote, brioche crumb, black cherry sorbet
